GPS Reisacher is not only an approved supplier of new and reconditioned food processing- and packaging-machines, but also the specialist for die-set design and construction. With our modern machinery and our qualified staff we construct and manufacture precision parts according to the individual demands and high-quality requirements of our customers.     In order to meet the requirements and the quality standards also in future, we are investing again.  During the coming days a new 5-axes-machining centre of Matec (Matec-30 HV) will be put into operation. With extra big driveways (X = 3.000 mm, Y = 800 mm, Z = 800 mm) and very variable applications (Heidenhain controller iTNC 530, NC-heads diameter 630 mm) we are advancing to a new dimension regarding die-set sizes. Big advantage of this machine is that both, component parts and small series, are efficiently processible.   In connection with our CAD-System SolidWorks and the CAM-Solution EdgeCAM, from now on own construction drawings as well as the ones of our customers can be converted into 2D and 3D design for NC-Adaptation (2D / 3D, 4 – 5 axes). Besides designing and constructing for personal use, our department “mechanic production“ is also at our customers’ disposal as a competent sub-supplier. Of course we will keep to our philosophy and go on offering fair prices, high quality in consulting and conducting. Moreover, you can naturally count on a punctual and correct delivery.
