Webomatic presents new machines for modern pouch packaging

The new generation of the shrink line puts emphasis on technical and hygienic aspects. Straight surfaces were avoided so that there is no standing water on the machines and water can drain well from all areas. All parts are easily accessible and, therefore, the cleaning of the machines is easy as well.     Conveyor Belt CB The new generation of the ultra hygienic Conveyor Belt CB is equipped with a stainless steel drum motor. The belts are made of synthetic material. All conveyor belts can be used in reverse operation.           Shrink Tunnel STCW 60 Another special feature of the Shrink Tunnel is the solenoid coupling in order to drive the motor of the conveyor belt by means of a high efficient motor. Due to this design, the conveyor belt moves without contact and is free of wear and tear. Furthermore, wet and dry areas of the tunnel are separate.         Dryer DU 60 The Dryer DU 60 is equipped with a high effiencient side channel blower of 1,100 cbm/h. An additional advantage is the unique system of contour-guided air jets which regulate and adapt themselves in an optimum way to each product height.   Of course, all aforementioned machines correspond to the protection class IP 65 or higher.   The Shrink Tunnel STCW 60 or the Dryer DU 60 can be combined with existing machines.
