2 Collection and storage of personal data, and nature and purpose of their use

2.1 Visiting the website

During use of our website the following data are recorded without your intervention for organisational and technical reasons, and are stored until they are erased automatically (maximum period of 24 hours):

• Pages viewed
• Utilised browser/operating system/device model
• Date and time of access
• Utilised search engine or link through which the website was accessed
• Anonymised IP address (untraceable)
• Anonymous session identifier
• Language set in the browser
• Country from which access is made
• Search terms entered on the website, if available

We evaluate these technical data anonymously, solely for statistic purposes and due to security reasons in order to further improve our website and make our Internet services even more attractive. These anonymous data are stored separately from personal information on secure systems and do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about an individual person. Your personal data and your privacy are protected at all times.

2.2 Contact by e-mail or via our contact form

Data for the purpose of contacting our company are processed in accordance with Article 6 (1) Sentence 1 lit. a of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) based on your voluntary consent. In order that we know from whom the inquiry originated and enable us to answer it, we require the following information:

• Forename, surname
• Contact data (phone number and/or e-mail address)

When you contact us, we will store your data to process the inquiry and answer any questions that may subsequently arise. We will only store and use other personal data if you give us your consent or this is legally permitted without special consent. The personal data recorded by us for use of the contact form will be erased after resolving your inquiry, but automatically at the latest after 6 months, if you do not agree to further storage and an order does not come about.

2.3 Profiling

Automated decision-making (profiling) based on the recorded personal data does not take place.

3 Transmission of data

In general, we will only use your personal data inside our company.
If and insofar as we use third parties to fulfil contracts (e.g. logistics service providers), they only receive personal data to the extent that transmission is necessary for the corresponding service (e.g. delivery address).
If we outsource certain areas of data processing ("contract data processing"), we obligate contract processors in a contract data processing agreement to use personal data solely in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act and to guarantee protection of the rights of the data subject.
Transmission of personal data to bodies or persons outside the EU does not take place and is not planned. One exception is the playback of YouTube videos (see Section 5.2).
We will only pass on your personal data to third parties if:

• you have given us your explicit consent to do so in accordance with Article 6 (1) Sentence 1 lit. a of the GDPR,
• transmission is necessary under Article 6 (1) Sentence 1 lit. f of the GDPR to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there are no reasons to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in non-transmission of your data,
• there is a legal obligation to transmit the data according to Article 6 (1) Sentence 1 lit. c of the GDP, and
• this is legally permitted and is necessary according to Article 6 (1) Sentence 1 lit. b of the GDPR to fulfil contracts with you.

Data inspection by third parties:
Our website is managed and analysed by pfeifer marketing (Teramostrasse 6, 87700 Memmingen, www.pfeifer-marketing.de) which has access to the collected data. Protection of your data is regulated by an existing contract data processing agreement.

4 Cookies

We use cookies in some places in order to make our website user-friendly and ideally tailor it to your needs. Cookies do not harm your terminal device and do not contain any viruses, Trojans or other malware. Stored in the cookie is information which occurs each time in connection with the specifically utilised terminal device. However, this does not mean that we become directly aware of your identity. On our website you can play YouTube videos which are stored on http://www.youtube.com. The operator of that website is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, a subsidiary of Google LLC. All the videos on our website are integrated in the "extended data protection mode", i.e. no data about you as the user are transmitted to YouTube if you do not play the videos. The data shown below will only be transmitted when you play the videos. pfeifer marketing has no influence over this. When you play the video, YouTube is informed that you called up the corresponding subpage on our website.
The following data are transmitted in this respect:

• Protocol data in the form of server protocols. They include details of the way in which the services are used, e.g. search requests; IP address; hardware settings; browser type; browser language; date and time of your inquiry; originating page; cookies through which your browser or your Google account can be clearly identified

This occurs irrespective of whether you have a YouTube user account via which you logged in or whether there is no user account. If you logged into Google, your data are assigned directly to your account. The legal basis for processing personal data of the users is Article 6 (1) Sentence 1 lit. f) of the GDPR. Google also processes your personal data in the USA and has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
Videos are integrated in our website in order to make it clearer to users, increase the search engine ranking on Google and refer more specifically to our videos produced in-house. YouTube stores your data as utilisation profiles and uses them for advertising purposes, market research purposes and/or needs-oriented organisation of its website. This evaluation is primarily carried out (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and inform other users of the social network, where necessary, about your activities on our website.
If you do not want assignment to YouTube with your profile, you must log out before activating the button. You also have the right to lodge an objection with YouTube against recording of your utilisation profile.

6 Rights of data subjects

7 Right of objection

If your personal data are processed based on legitimate interests according to Article 6 (1) Sentence 1 lit. f) of the GDPR, you have the right under Article 21 of the GDPR to object to processing of your personal data if there are grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop processing your personal data, unless we prove that there are compelling legitimate reasons for processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or processing is used to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

8 Data security

We make every effort to protect your data in accordance with valid data protection regulations and through the use of technical measures. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) process in conjunction with each highest encryption level supported by your browser. This normally involves 256 Bit encryption. If this is not supported by your browser, we will use 128 Bit v3 technology instead. Depending on the utilised browser, you can recognise encrypted data transmission by the closed (sometimes also green) display of the key symbol or lock symbol in the URL bar of your browser.
In order to back up your data, we have also introduced technical and organisational measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulations, partial or total loss and destruction, or against unauthorised access by third parties. These measures are adapted continuously to the latest state of the art
We wish to point out, however, that data transmission in the Internet, e.g. during communication by e-mail) may contain vulnerabilities. Data cannot therefore be fully protected against access by third parties.
We also cannot guarantee that our website will be available at certain times: faults, interruptions or failures cannot be excluded. The servers which we use are carefully backed up at regular intervals.
