Your tasks:
- You are responsible for the complete recruitment of new employees
- Coordination with personnel service providers, online exchanges, newspaper advertisements
- Introduction and integration of new employees (onboarding)
- Implementation of personnel measures and personnel administration
- Collaboration on company health management and occupational safety issues
- Continuous review and optimisation of HR processes
- General administrative tasks, such as drawing up employment contracts, references and job advertisements, as well as correspondence with employees and applicants
- Maintaining master data and electronic time recording
- Creating and updating job descriptions and profiles
- Travel and event management (planning of trade fairs, hotel, rental cars, flights, company parties, etc.)
- Support in case of bottlenecks in the departments
- Support for in-house customers
Your profile:
- Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. office administrator, office management assistant or similar.
- good office skills in Word, Outlook and Excel
- Experience in office management
- Good knowledge of English would be an advantage
- Pleasure in dealing with people
