Your tasks:
- Your tasks include the disposition, ordering and deadline tracking of all spare parts
- Clarification of requirements with the respective department
- Obtaining quotations and comparing offers
- Checking invoices and creating and maintaining master data
- Negotiating prices, conditions and delivery options
- Selecting suppliers and processing orders
- Monitoring delivery dates and processing complaints
- Preparation of production documents and parts lists in the assembly area
- Recording of used spare parts and times as well as completion of production orders
- Posting deliveries and incoming invoices
- Scheduling and capacity planning of workshop orders
Your profile:
- You have several years of professional experience and have completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), have technical understanding or have completed technical training with a commercial background
- Experience in technical, operative purchasing is desirable
- Negotiating skills and assertiveness
- Strong quality and cost awareness
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of NAVISION software and proficient use of MS Office are desirable
- An independent way of working and a quick perception round off your profile
