Your tasks:
- Substitution of the production management
- Creation and simulation of NC programmes for 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling centres with a
CAM system -
Adaptation of CNC programmes on the machine and in theCAM system (Hexagon)
- Definition and optimisation of manufacturing processes in coordination with the design and production departments
- Management of work plans and preparation of calculations
- Selection and procurement of suitable tools and clamping devices
- Collaboration in the preparation of quotations
- Outgoing goods inspection of manufactured components
- 1-shift operation
Your profile:
- Completed training in a cutting machine operator necessary
- Experience in single part production with 5-axis milling necessary
- Work experience necessary
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Knowledge of control: Heidenhain iTNC 530
