GPS Reisacher presents its newly designed brand identity for the first time at IFFA in Frankfurt.

As part of the brand consolidation, the "Hajek" brand was fully integrated into GPS Reisacher, resulting in a comprehensive unification of the brands.

Together with our partner VF Verpackungen (Niederwieser Group), GPS Reisacher presented its solution competence for the packaging space of the meat processing trade and industry. In Hall 11.1, Stand B21, we show our comprehensive solutions along the entire value chain:

Machines - Consumables - Spare parts/retrofits - Repair/service - Second-hand recycling (used machines) - Financial services (rental/leasing).

The Weber Slicer 305 is the entry-level model in high-tech slicing technology. It is easy to operate, products can be changed easily and the cutting edge and side stop can be adjusted to the product width. The Weber Hygiene Design guarantees easy cleaning of the machine.

reisacher - thermoforming packaging machine VSE 30

The proven thermoforming packaging machine VSE 30 is characterised by a consistent hygiene design as well as by operator and service friendliness. Thanks to a modular machine design, the VSE 30 is available for soft, rigid and skin film up to a maximum film width of 620 mm and a take-off length of up to 600 mm. A VSE 30 thermoforming packaging machine with a total length of 4,600 mm will be presented at the fair. The machine enables the economical production of soft-film and MAP packs along with labelling on the top of the pre-pack.

Live demonstrations on the Reisacher VSE 30 will showcase the processing of the latest generation of films. The sustainable Next Flex 11-layer MPO (Mono PolyOlefin) films from system partner VF Verpackungen can be returned to their original products in a chemical recycling process and can thus subsequently be used as raw material for new food packaging.

PULSOTRONIC - product control and end-of-line equipment

Due to the cooperation with the company PULSOTRONIC-Anlagentechnik in Southern Germany, GPS Reisacher presents at the IFFA a gantry robot of the series PV7, in which the packs of a thermoforming packaging machine are transferred singly to subsequent units. The performance of the PV7 model is up to 200 products/minute; further features are empty pack detection and ejection as well as automatic distance optimisation of the separated products.
