Slicer with manual loading for slicing meat, sausage and cheese products.
The highest Weber standards in terms of hygiene and reliability are
met by this slicer.
The intuitive and simple operation of the machine
is guaranteed by the 12" touch display.
The slicing chute has a width of 250 mm.
Products with a length of up to 1,000 mm
can be processed in the slicer.
The maximum cutting capacity of the slicer
with permanently lubricated circular blade head is 400 cuts / minute.
A cleaning cover for the cutter head is included in the
included in the scope of delivery.
An interface and collision check between the
Weber infeed components and downstream machines
(e.g. packaging machines) is absolutely essential.

Universal conveyor UB-100
Transport conveyor for transporting sliced portions. The transport conveyor
is attached to the Slicer on the infeed side and is supported by the floor or
by a packaging machine on the discharge side. The conveyor belt can be easily
removed from the belt frame for cleaning. The transport speed is controlled
by the Slicer. Possible portion shapes are: shingled portions and stacked
portions incl. Staggered Stack.

Slicer accessories:

The torque wrench is preset to 35 Nm and calibrated.
This torque corresponds to the specified torque for the
Bolt on Easy Lock circular knife head.

Remote Service WRS
Machine equipped with industrial router. After activation by the customer
through a VPN connection, addess is made via Internet from the machine to
Service Support Portal. Thus, an analog modem is no longer required.
The price includes the service provided by Weber technicians during the
currently regular hotline hours.
WITHOUT Product grippers
Product grippers, downholders & knives are chosen in accordance with the
original customer's products. For automatic products grippers in combination
with preformed slicing bars an application technology test is always
necessary! The number of grippers results from the applications.
