Customised solutions
As a medium-sized company, GPS Reisacher is known far beyond the borders of Germany. From the frosty expanses of Siberia to the hot and humid Chaco of Paraguay, the new and used systems supplied from the Allgäu region of Germany are used for portioning and cutting as well as pickling and packaging cheese, meat and sausage products.
Februar 2021
1989:
GPS Reisacher is an owner-managed family business which was founded by Ulrich Reisacher in Altusried (Allgäu) under the name "GPS Ulrich Reisacher".
After completing his training as a bank clerk, his technical enthusiasm for mechanical engineering and direct contact with the trade prevailed, leading to the step into entrepreneurship.
2004:
As the business idea brought a successful start and constant growth, a move to the current premises in Bad Grönenbach was inevitable.
After three more years, the GPS manufacturing centre was already established to produce machine assemblies, as well as spare parts independently.
2008:
The change of name to "GPS Reisacher GmbH & Co. KG" took place and marked an important milestone for the company.
2014:
As the business idea of professionally reconditioned machines was accepted with great enthusiasm on the market, the decision was made to venture into the field of new machines. Thus, the company Hajek Maschinenbau in Bregenz was taken over.
2018:
The Hajek subsidiary was integrated into the Bad Grönenbach facility.
As part of the brand consolidation, the "Hajek" brand was fully integrated into GPS Reisacher, resulting in a comprehensive unification of the brands.
Today:
Today, with a qualified and competent team of approx. 50 employees, we are continuously working to further expand our know-how and range of services.
