GPS Reisacher will be demonstrating its problem-solving expertise for the packing room used in the meat processing industry at IFFA 2025. In Hall 12.1, Stand B70, we will display our end-to-end solutions from small-scale to large-scale operations along the entire value-added chain:

WEBER – we SLICE 1000
The Weber weSLICE 1000: a compact slicer with power! This slicer is designed for your entry into the world of industrial sliced food production. With its slleek and streamlined design, the weSLICE 1000 is ideal for food producers in the craft sector or for small-batch production. Despite being Weber's most compact slicer, it does not compromise on slicing and processing quality, or perfect portion placement.

reisacher – VSE 30 thermoform packaging machine
The tried-and-tested VSE 30 thermoform packaging machine is characterised by its built-in hygiene, user-friendliness and ease of maintenance. The modular design of the machine is an advantage in that the VSE 30 can be supplied for use with flexible, semi-rigid and skin film up to a maximum width of 620 mm and a cut-off length of up to 600 mm. A VSE 30 thermoform packaging machine with an overall length of 4,520 mm will be displayed at the trade fair. The machine enables the cost-efficient packaging with into flexible films; vacuum and MAP.

 

reisacher – end-of-line automation
As part of our extensive range of automation solutions, we are showcasing an inliner in combination with the thermoforming packaging machine VSE30. This component is ideally suited for an easy and flexible lane converging of standard MAP products in a medium performance range.

At the reisacher VSE30, live demonstrations will showcase the processing of the latest generation of films. The sustainable Next Flex 11-layer MPO (Mono PolyOlefin) films from our system partner VF Verpackungen can be chemically recycled back into their original products, making them suitable as raw materials for new food packaging.
